300 grams of celery root
6 lemons

Method of preparation:
Grate the washed celery root and put it in an enamel pot which must not be damaged. Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice. Close the pot and place it in another, bigger pot full of water. Boil until the water in the bigger pot boils.
When it boils, reduce the heat and simmer on a very low temperature for 2 hours. Afterwards, remove the containers from fire and do not open the pot with the mixture until it is completely cool. Then, pour the medicine into a jar. Close the jar and place it in the refrigerator.
Use:
Drink one tablespoon in the morning on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before breakfast.
This amount is sufficient for two months, after which many of you will have normalized their blood sugar levels.
