The Foreign Aid Transparency Hub, or FAiTH is an online portal of information on calamity aid and assistance pledged or given by countries and bilateral, multilateral, or international organizations, as well as donations coursed through the Commission on Filipinos Overseas’ (CFO) Lingkod sa Kapwa Pilipino program (LINKAPIL), and, in the future, donations coursed through Philippine embassies abroad.

Japan
• Japan Disaster Relief Medical Team and Japan's Self-Defense Force Units
• Use of two (2) C-130 aircrafts to assist in rescue and relief operations
• USD 30M for emergency grant to be coursed through the UN
• Assistance through Japanese NGOs (JPF) worth USD 1.5M
• Emergency relief goods worth up to 60 million yen (approximately 607,000 US dollars)

Kuwait
• Pledged USD 10 M worth of assistance; form of donation to be determined

Laos
• Pledged USD 50,000 to the Philippine Government

Luxembourg
• Four (4) rescue experts deployed as part of UNOCHA's International Humanitarian Partnership team, 2 emergency experts
• EUR 400,000 allocated to Luxembourg's humanitarian partners

Malaysia
• Military medics, search and rescue team, blankets and medicine

Mexico
• USD 1M pledge from AMEXCID (Mexican Agency for International Cooperation for Development) through the Red Cross

Myanmar
• USD 100,000
• 7 tons of medical and non-medical relief goods, to be carried by the Myanmar Defense Services

Netherlands
• EUR 2M pledge via Red Cross and UNOCHA, in addition to EUR 50,000 initially released to Red Cross
• Relief goods (medicine, health kits, food packs, equipment)

New Zealand
• NZ$ 5.125M direct funding for emergency supplies, such as food, water containers, tarpaulins, generators, kitchen sets and chainsaws; funds to the International Committee of the Red Cross and World Food Programme to help purchase and distribute emergency supplies; aid package also includes a further NZ$750,000 (total $1.5 million) in dollar for dollar funding for New Zealand non-government organisations
• Two (2) C-130 aircrafts will be in PH for 4-5 days to provide transportation

Norway
• NOK 85 M allocatated to the UN and different NGOs

Pakistan
• Pledged USD 1M

Panama
• Pledged USD 200,000; beneficiary to be announced

Papua New Guinea
• Check donation of PGK 100,000 from the National Fisheries Authority (NFA) of Papua New Guinea
• PNG Finance Minister James Marape announced that the PNG Government has pledged PGK 3,000,000 to help relief efforts

Qatar
• 80 tons of relief goods (2 planes via Qatar Airlines)

Russia
• Two (2) planes loaded with humanitarian goods
• EMERCOM medical team

Saudi Arabia
• Pledge to donate USD 10M donation to the Philippine Government
